Description

Batch LL-001 (September 2017):

This special batch was harvested from a Larch tree that was felled by the remnants of Hurricane Harvey in Asheville, NC. The beautiful 40′ tree lived in an organic, rain-irrigated, suburban Asheville perennial garden surrounded by its fellow Taiga species like Spruces and Firs, as well as a plethora of herbs and pollinators. Each 5 ml bottle was made from 2.9 lbs of fresh needles and small branches.

Larch essential oil is perfect for the winter season due to its sweet and spicy pine aroma as well as for its traditional uses to ease the symptoms of colds and flues. The oil is considered to be anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory and decongesting.*
